Risk Assessment

PARSAC has partnered with Steve Wilmes, Wilmes, LLC, to assist members in evaluating their operational exposures. Each Member's risk assessment is performed on-site once every three years and is funded through their Safety & Loss Control Grant allocation.

Each risk assessment is conducted in collaboration with the Member's key personnel. The assessment is designed to assist Members in indentifying and mitigating areas of potential risk. During the risk assessment process, all operations are reviewed including policies & procedures, the physical workplace, and public facilities. Please refer to the Risk Assessment Outline and Checklist of Documents for more information.

Depending on the size of the entity and its exposures, the risk assessment is completed in 1 - 2 days and a report is provided to the Member to assist in targeting areas needing improvement. Members are encouraged to use their remaining grant allocation to help off-set the cost of mitigating their exposures.
